Our Rector:

The Rev’d Bryan Haigh

The Rev. Bryan Haigh is the Rector for Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Yellowknife.  He and his wife, Michelle and their son, Nathan arrived from South Africa in the third week of April 2016. In June 2019, they welcomed their newest addition to their family, a beautiful baby girl named Rachel.

The Rt. Rev’d Christopher Williams

Bishop Chris Williams is the retired bishop of the Arctic, having served as Suffragan Bishop from 1987 until 1991 and then as Diocesan Bishop from 1991 until his retirement in 2002.  Originally from Manchester, England, Bishop Williams has ministered in Canada’s arctic since 1960, serving parishes in Salluit, Cape Dorset, Baker Lake, Yellowknife and Iqaluit.  He was also involved at the early stages of translating the Bible into Inuktitut, the language of the Eastern Arctic Inuit.  As honorary assistant at Holy Trinity, Bishop Chris assists in preaching, sacraments and pastoral care.
